Happy to have found a shop that I can trust. They fix my issues; let me know what I need to plan for; remind me about stuff like oil changes and so on without nagging; and make the whole vehicle management experience SO much easier than it used to be. First thing, I’m very mechanical minded and usually do all my own repair work so I’m usually wise if I’m being scammed on repairs. However I recently purchased an older pick up truck. The previous owner said the repairs he had done and with inspection myself, I felt he was being truthful and I bought the truck. Fesserton Auto was one of the few who do government mechanical inspections now with new government rulings. I took the truck there never meeting them before. After the initial inspection, they emailed me a detailed estimate with pictures of the repairs needed for the safety. They told me of possible future issues which I had noticed myself. Just in talking to Will for the first time, I had very good vibes with his knowledge and service. Their estimate came through right on target and I have nothing to say except an excellent review and highly recommend Fesserton Auto. Honestly, the best customer service! Kind, friendly, helpful! Pulled over with a flat tire today on the side of the road in Fesserton. They had the car in the lot and tire off in minutes. They had me back on the road in no time! So appreciative! Would strongly recommend!

Last year, my sister and I were on our way to Oshawa, when my sister’s vehicle broke down. A tow truck dropped us off at Fesserton Auto. Unfortunately, the garage was closed! The owner happened to drop in after hours. He helped us tremendously and was exactly right with his diagnostic. Transmission was gone. He drove us to the nearest hotel. We were very grateful for his help and patience. Thank you so much Mr Mechanic!
